RESUME TIPS

Resume NEEDS to have keywords or it will NOT pass the AKT machine and reach a recruiter.

Resumes will be seen first NOT the cover letter. Resume has to sell you in order for the recruiter to look at your cover letter.

HAS TO BE in chronological order, with the most recent job first.

10, 10.5 font size, not smaller then that.

Utilize the actual header to include name, number, email,linkedin, website, github urls to save space.

Relevant course work should be on your resume UNTIL you have enough experience.

Some recruiters only take 10 seconds at most to review a resume

DO include volunteer experience, because it shows you are well rounded.

Unless you have an experience that matches that job you are applying to perfectly put that on top.

Headers has to be between 16-18, no bigger then that.

Save resume as first name, last name, or last name, first name.
